The event will begin with a discussion forum at 10 am. The discussion forum will be for one hour and the registered students can participate in the forum and share their views. 

The moderators for the session will be,

Dr. Hari M G., Assistant Professor, LLS (Impact of Drugs on Future India – Issues, challenges, and Solutions (With reference to Economy and Culture, Chidvilas), 

Dr. Satheesh Varma, HOS, PPSH (Impact of Drugs on Future India – Issues, challenges, and Solutions (With reference to Socio-Psychological dimensions, Chinmayam) and, 

Dr. Pramod Dinakar, Assistant Professor, Department of Education (Impact of Drugs on Future India – Issues, challenges, and Solutions (With reference to Education, Paninih).  

At the end of the academic session, the youth day congress comes up with a resolution regarding contextualizing the role school students play in various social problems and their demands pertaining to the same. The objective of the discussion is to come up with a resolution on how students can contribute to society by spreading anti-drug awareness and how the government can use youth for spreading awareness among the masses. The resolutions discussed will be submitted to the Minister of General Education. The registered students can attend any one of the above-mentioned sessions according to their interests. 

The panel discussion will be followed by the inauguration of the youth congress. Swami Vivekananda Saraswati, Regional Head, Chinmaya Mission Kerala, will preside over the function, and Prof. Dr. Sunitha Grandhee, Dean of Academics gives the keynote address for the session. During the event, NSS and Seva@CVV are planning to honor the final-year SEVA students for their outstanding service to the community during their tenure.
