Project BALSAM, an annual camp and a five-year commitment, emerges as a transformative response. It represents a commitment to strengthen the roots of sustainable development and cultural preservation in Aralam. Through BALSAM, we aspire to empower the native tribal communities to break free from their constraints and build a future grounded in economic stability, psychological well-being, social equity, educational advancement, and the vibrant celebration of their cultural heritage.

Hence it is a five year commitment, the NSS unit stars it first venuture from 25/1/2024 to 30/1/2024.To ensure the effective and efficient pursuit of our mission, we have divided our efforts into distinct teams, each with its own set of roles and responsibilities. Our approach reflects the belief that collective action, guided by well-defined roles, is the key to achieving the multifaceted objectives of our project. The teams are divided based on the areas of focus for the project.

Following the implementation of their planned initiatives, a review committee will be convened after a year. This committee will consist of officials of Aralam Farm Cooperation Ltd., the Department, Panchayat leaders, the ST promoter, and the NSS coordinators of CVV (Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth University). Their role will be to assess and analyse the project’s progress and offer recommendations for future endeavors.
