As a part of the Swachhata Hi Seva (SHS) campaign, Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth’s NSS unit organised a cleaning programme on October 1, 2023, at Adi Shankara bus stop, Veliyanad, Ernakulam. Shri M. Ashish, Ward Member, Peppathy, Shrikanth Menon, Assistant Registrar, Chinmaya Vishwa Vidyapeeth, and 37 NSS volunteers participated in the cleaning drive. They cleaned the bus stop premises like the main road, parking area and surrounding areas. The NSS motto, “Not Me, But You,” embodies the essence of selfless service and a sense of social responsibility. The NSS’s objective is to foster students’ personal growth through community service, moulding them into responsible Indian citizens.
